Product FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

One of the things we love about Thailand is how much the country changes as you travel through it. You've got mountain towns and ancient temples in the north, busy cities in the middle and tropical islands in the south. Thailand even has coastlines on two different bodies of water, the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand.

We wanted this print to feel like a little journey around the country, rather than focus on just one famous landmark. From the temples and palm trees to the long-tail boats and limestone islands, it's a collection of things that make Thailand such an interesting place to explore. A little reminder of just how much there is to discover.
