SHIPPING & DELIVERY
CITTRA prints are produced through a distributed production network, allowing many orders to be made closer to their delivery destination rather than travelling from one central warehouse.
Our usual production and dispatch window.
A typical delivery window when the courier is running normally.
All CITTRA poster and print orders are sent with tracking.
HOW IT WORKS
Your order is routed through a distributed production network rather than one fixed print facility. The production location is selected using factors such as the delivery address, product availability, production capacity and logistics.
That means the country your print is produced in can vary from order to order. We produce closer to the delivery destination where practical, but an order can occasionally be made elsewhere when availability or logistics require it.
CURRENT SHIPPING RATES
These are our current GBP shipping rates. Rates, thresholds and eligible destinations can change, so the price shown at checkout is always the final rate that applies to your order.
FREE SHIPPING ZONES
Standard shipping is £3.49. Spend £25 or more and standard shipping is free in the destinations below.
OTHER CURRENT DESTINATIONS
These destinations currently use a flat standard shipping rate of £9.99. The £25 free-shipping threshold does not currently apply to this group.
If your destination is not available at checkout, we cannot currently accept an order to that location through the store.
Most CITTRA prints are produced and dispatched within 1–6 business days.
CITTRA orders are routed through a distributed production network, so the production country can differ from one order to another. Production is selected according to the delivery address, product availability, capacity and logistics.
Once dispatched, delivery is usually around 2–5 business days when the courier is running normally. Some destinations can take longer.
All CITTRA poster and print orders are sent with tracking.
Tracking normally becomes useful after production has finished, the parcel has been handed to the carrier and the first carrier scan has been registered. There can be a short delay between dispatch and the first visible update.
The carrier can vary depending on where your print is produced and where it is going, so we do not promise a particular courier.
Producing closer to the delivery address means many orders do not need to cross an international border. Sometimes international fulfilment is still necessary.
Qualifying economy shipments within or to the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia/New Zealand and Singapore are currently sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning customs duties are handled before delivery on those qualifying shipments.
Other international shipments can be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or handling charges. When they apply, they are set by the destination country and are normally the recipient’s responsibility.
Posters and prints placed in the same order will usually be produced and sent together.
Very occasionally an order can be split because of production availability, location or logistics. If that happens, parcels can arrive at different times even though they belong to the same order.
Orders placed separately are separate orders and are produced and shipped independently.
If something has gone wrong with the delivery address, delivery attempts, an uncollected parcel or an order that appears lost, our Returns & Refunds page explains what happens next.
