Product FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

Thailand’s Buddhist monks are part of normal street life, especially in the early morning when monks leave temples on alms rounds or travel between neighbourhoods. Saffron robes can appear against convenience stores, traffic, apartment blocks and markets rather than only inside quiet religious compounds.

Another equally ordinary feature of Thai streets is the dense web of overhead utility and communications cables found in many older urban areas. They are practical infrastructure, visually messy and increasingly being reorganised or moved underground in some cities. Seeing a monk pass beneath that tangle captures a real collision of old and new Thailand: a centuries-old religious routine continuing inside a modern city full of wires, vehicles and everyday noise.
