Product FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

Marrakech’s souks run through the old medina, where narrow lanes are packed with traders, workshops and small stalls selling everything from food to handmade goods. Shopping here is rarely quiet or passive: prices are discussed, crafts are made nearby, and one turn can lead from textiles and pottery into metalwork, leather goods or lamps.

Different parts of the souks are still associated with particular trades. Souk Semmarine is known for its mix of Moroccan crafts, while Souk Attarine is closely linked with brass and copper work, and other lanes lead towards leather workers and dyers. That constant movement between buying, making and negotiating is what gives the Marrakech souks their energy, and why they became the subject of this print.
