Product FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.
Does the print come framed?
No. CITTRA prints are sold unframed, so you can choose a frame that suits your space. The sizes shown on the product page refer to the print itself.
What paper is it printed on?
You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.
How long does delivery take?
Each print is produced after your order is placed. The estimated delivery window shown on the product page is calculated for your location and gives you the best guide before ordering.
Can I return a print?
Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.
Will the colours look exactly the same as on screen?
We aim to represent each print as accurately as possible, but colours can vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.
