Product FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

Mangoes have been cultivated in South Asia for thousands of years and are now grown throughout the tropics, which makes them one of the world’s most widely recognised warm-climate fruits. Different varieties can be green, yellow, red or almost orange when ripe, with flavours ranging from sharp and fibrous to soft, floral and intensely sweet.

Because mango travelled so widely, it does not need to be forced into one national story. It appears in Indian pickles, Thai desserts, Southeast Asian fruit stalls, Latin American snacks and countless fresh-fruit markets elsewhere. That broad history is interesting in its own right. What remains is a fruit with ancient cultivation behind it and an unusually wide place in everyday food cultures across several continents.
