Product FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

Phở developed in northern Vietnam around the beginning of the twentieth century and has since become one of the country’s most widely recognised everyday foods. The basic structure is simple — rice noodles in a clear, aromatic broth — but regional versions differ in seasoning, garnishes and the balance of herbs and sweetness.

In Vietnam, phở is not reserved for dinner or special occasions. Bowls are commonly eaten for breakfast and sold from early-morning street stalls, modest neighbourhood shops and specialist restaurants. Fresh herbs, lime, chilli and sauces let diners adjust the bowl at the table. That daily routine matters more than its international fame: phở is interesting because it is both a national reference and an ordinary meal people build into the start of the day.
