Product FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

Nora is a lively dance-drama tradition from southern Thailand, combining acrobatic movement, improvised singing and fast-paced music. It is performed at temple fairs, local community centres and cultural events, where dancers use vigorous, highly controlled movements of the arms, legs and fingers alongside drums, gongs, cymbals and a traditional southern oboe.

One of Nora’s most recognisable details is the costume: richly beaded clothing, tall headdresses and long metallic fingernails that curve beyond the fingertips, making every hand movement more pronounced. The tradition is passed on through experienced masters and uses regional dialects, music and stories familiar within southern Thai communities. That combination of disciplined movement and elaborate dress made Nora a natural subject for a CITTRA print.
