Product FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

Thailand’s present national flag was formalised in 1917 during the reign of King Rama VI. It is known as the Thong Trairong, or tricolour, and uses five horizontal bands of red, white and blue. Earlier Thai flags had included a white elephant, so the striped design marked a significant change in the country’s modern visual identity.

Official Thai explanations connect red with the nation, white with religion and blue with the monarchy. Whatever the setting, the colour combination is immediately familiar across Thailand because the flag appears at schools, government buildings, ceremonies and ordinary streets. That recognition is enough to make the three colours a direct Thailand reference even when the flag itself is rearranged into another graphic form.
