Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

Sriracha takes its name from Si Racha, a coastal town in Chonburi province, Thailand. Thai versions of the sauce are typically made from chilli, vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt, creating a balance that is hot, sharp and slightly sweet rather than simply aggressive. The sauce is used with seafood, noodles, omelettes and other everyday dishes.

Outside Thailand, the name became globally famous through several commercial brands, but the place came first. In Thailand, Si Racha is not an abstract flavour word; it is a real town with its own local food history. That origin gives a sriracha bottle a much stronger connection than generic “Asian hot sauce” imagery. The packaging may change, but the name still points back to the Thai coast.
