Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

In Thailand, Hanuman is also closely connected with Khon, the traditional masked dance drama that performs stories from the Ramakien. Khon brings together dance, music, narration, elaborate costume and mask-making, with monkey characters forming an important part of the performance tradition. It was historically cultivated in Thai royal courts and is still taught and performed today, giving Hanuman a presence that extends well beyond the pages of the epic.
