Product FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

Thai iced tea, known locally as cha yen, is a familiar sight at street food stalls and markets across Thailand. Made with strongly brewed tea, sweetened condensed milk and plenty of ice, it is known for its bright orange colour and creamy, sweet taste. You can find it at roadside drink carts, local markets and small cafés, where vendors prepare it fresh and serve it cold.

One of the best details is how it is sometimes packaged for takeaway. Instead of a cup, vendors pour the tea over ice into a clear plastic bag, gather the top and secure it with an elastic band, leaving a straw for drinking. It is a practical way to carry a cold drink around a busy market, and one of those little everyday details that makes Thai street food culture so recognisable.
