Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

Thailand is one of the places where durian is treated with the seriousness normally given to wine grapes or fine fruit. Markets distinguish between varieties such as Monthong, Chanee and Kanyao, and buyers often have strong preferences for sweetness, aroma and how firm or soft the flesh should be.

Vendors frequently open the heavy spiked shell for customers and judge ripeness before the fruit is taken away, making purchase part of the experience. During the season, durian appears in roadside stalls, specialist shops and supermarket displays across the country. That knowledge around variety and ripeness is what makes the fruit specifically interesting in Thailand. It is not a novelty tropical object; it is produce people compare, discuss and deliberately seek out.
