Product FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

Nora is a lively dance-drama tradition from Southern Thailand, combining acrobatic movement, singing and fast-paced live music. It is still encountered at temple fairs, community events and cultural gatherings, where performers use vigorous choreography with especially detailed movements of the arms, legs and fingers.

The costume is one of Nora’s most recognisable features: beaded dress, a pointed crown-like headdress, bird-like wings and curled metallic fingernails worn over the fingertips. Performances are accompanied by southern oboe, drums, gongs, cymbals and wooden clappers, and often draw on stories of legendary heroes or the Buddha’s former lives. That combination of movement, costume and distinctly Southern Thai tradition made Nora a natural fit for a CITTRA print.
