Product FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

Lanterns have been part of Hội An for centuries, linked to the Chinese and Japanese trading communities that helped shape the old port. Today they hang across shopfronts, lanes and riverside streets, becoming one of the most recognisable features of the Ancient Town after dark.

Lantern making also developed into a local craft, traditionally using frames covered with colourful fabric or silk. They appear throughout the year, but become especially prominent around the monthly lantern festival, when electric lighting is reduced and the old streets are lit by lanterns instead.
