Product FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

The Amalfi Coast is built vertically. Towns such as Amalfi, Positano and Ravello sit between steep mountains and the Tyrrhenian Sea, so houses, gardens, stairways and roads climb the slopes wherever the land allows. From the water, the settlements appear stacked in layers rather than spread across flat ground.

That geography shapes everyday movement as much as the famous views. Steps often connect streets that cars cannot reach, terraces support gardens and lemon groves, and boats remain an important way to move between coastal towns during the warmer months. The result is a landscape where architecture and terrain are difficult to separate. A simple cliffside outline is enough to feel specifically Amalfi because the coast’s identity comes from buildings adapting to an unusually steep edge of Italy.
