The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

The tiger has a long-standing place in Malaysia’s national imagery. Two tigers appear on the country’s official coat of arms, supporting the shield at its centre, while the Malayan tiger itself is native to the forests of the Malay Peninsula. In Malay the animal is commonly known as harimau belang, or “striped tiger”.

Malaysia’s flag adds another layer of national recognition, with its red-and-white stripes, blue canton, crescent and fourteen-point star appearing throughout public life. Bringing the tiger and flag together therefore connects two familiar Malaysian symbols. One belongs to the peninsula’s natural landscape; the other represents the modern state, making the combination immediately specific to Malaysia.
