Product FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

The Malayan tiger is found in the forests of the Malay Peninsula and has become one of the animals most closely associated with Malaysia. In Malay it is commonly called harimau belang, meaning “striped tiger”. Although familiar in national imagery, seeing one in the wild is extremely rare because the remaining population is critically endangered.

Its importance in Malaysia goes beyond wildlife alone. Tigers appear prominently in the country’s official coat of arms, where two animals support the central shield. That makes the Malayan tiger both a real animal of the peninsula and a recognisable part of Malaysian public identity.
