Product FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

The Mekong is central to life in Laos. The country is landlocked, and the river forms long stretches of its western border with Thailand while connecting towns, farms and communities through a landscape where road travel has not always been easy. Fishing, irrigation, ferries and river transport all depend on the same waterway.

In places such as Luang Prabang and Pakse, the Mekong is part of the everyday view rather than a distant natural attraction. Long wooden boats move passengers and goods, seasonal water levels change the riverbanks, and tributaries feed agricultural areas far inland. That practical relationship is what gives the river its importance in Laos: it is simultaneously transport route, food source, border and part of the rhythm of daily life.
