Product FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

Hạ Long Bay in northern Vietnam is known for thousands of limestone islands and pillars rising almost vertically from the water. The landscape was shaped over millions of years as soluble limestone was weathered and eroded, leaving towers, caves and enclosed lagoons across the Gulf of Tonkin.

Boats are the natural way to understand the bay because many of its formations are separated by channels of water rather than roads. Fishing communities have also lived with the limestone landscape for generations, long before cruises made it an international destination. Hạ Long Bay was recognised by UNESCO for its natural significance, but its strongest visual identity remains very simple: calm water interrupted by steep green-grey karst forms that look unlike almost anywhere else in Vietnam.
