Product FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

The East Sussex coast is defined by a long band of white chalk where the South Downs meet the English Channel. Around Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters, grass-covered cliffs drop sharply into the sea, creating one of the most recognisable landscapes on England’s south coast. The chalk itself was formed from microscopic marine remains deposited millions of years ago.

This stretch of coastline has always been both beautiful and practical. Lighthouses, walking routes and cliff-top lookouts sit alongside working towns and beaches, while constant erosion continues to reshape the edge of the land.
