Product FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

In Thailand, Buddha images are part of everyday religious life, found in temples, shrines and homes rather than only in grand ceremonial spaces. Lotus flowers belong naturally in that setting too: known in Thai as bua, lotus buds are commonly offered at Buddhist temples alongside incense and candles.

The lotus has a long connection with Buddhism, where its rise from muddy water into a clean flower is associated with purity and spiritual awakening. Across Thailand, lotus forms appear repeatedly in temple decoration and devotional practice, making the flower familiar far beyond formal religious imagery.
