Product FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

Malaysia has unusually strong national associations with both the tiger and the hibiscus. The Malayan tiger is native to the forests of the Malay Peninsula and two tigers appear on the country’s official coat of arms. The red hibiscus, known as bunga raya, has been Malaysia’s national flower since 1960.

Neither connection needs invented symbolism to make the pairing work. One comes from the peninsula’s wildlife and long use of the tiger in state imagery; the other comes from a flower deliberately selected because it was already familiar across the country. Together they create a very direct Malaysian reference built from subjects people encounter in national emblems, public design and everyday life.
