Product FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

Argentina stretches for more than 3,000 kilometres from north to south, which gives it one of the widest climatic ranges of any country in South America. The Andes form much of its western edge, while the landscape moves through subtropical north, fertile pampas, dry plateaus and the windswept reaches of Patagonia before ending close to Tierra del Fuego.

That long shape matters to Argentine identity because different regions are associated with very different ways of life. Wine country around Mendoza, cattle and grain on the pampas, high Andean communities in the northwest and southern glaciers all belong to the same national map. The outline therefore works as more than a location marker: it is a compact way of showing just how geographically varied Argentina really is.
