Product FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The practical details about ordering a CITTRA print.

What paper is it printed on?

You can choose between Premium Matte — 170 GSM and Archival Matte — 250 GSM. Both are matte and uncoated. Premium Matte has a smooth, non-reflective finish, while Archival Matte is heavier, acid-free and has a natural off-white tone.

When will my print arrive?

Each print is made after you order. Check the estimated delivery window on the product page for your location.

Can I return a print?

Yes. CITTRA offers 14-day returns. Please check the returns policy for the full conditions and instructions before sending anything back.

Will the print colours match my screen?

We aim to show each print accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and the finished print. Paper choice and display settings can also affect how colours appear.

About the print

The story behind this print

Lemons are inseparable from the landscape of the Amalfi Coast, where steep terraces have been built into the slopes for generations to make cultivation possible. The area is particularly associated with the long, aromatic Sfusato Amalfitano lemon, a local variety protected under European geographical rules.

Growing citrus on such steep ground is labour-intensive. Stone walls hold narrow terraces above the sea, wooden structures support and protect the trees, and fruit is often carried out by hand because machinery cannot easily reach the groves. Lemons then appear everywhere in local food and drink, from desserts to limoncello. That relationship between agriculture and landscape is what makes an Amalfi lemon more specific than a generic Mediterranean citrus fruit.
